This message comes to you from lovely Belleville, Ontario. The thing that strikes me most about being here is how slowly people drive. That and the fact that my truck is one of the only import vehicles on the road. Not including the embarrasing Fast and Furious madness that's taken hold.
I've turned the journey into a photo-taking extravaganza with some spanking shots that will hopefully turn out once I return. The highlight to this point: Breaking into an abandoned chemical plant and getting some interesting pictures. (Trespassing is bad, don't ever do it!)
The factory appears to have been deserted in quite a hurry. Most of the furniture, files, etc., were left behind. There was even an ancient (and I'm not exaggerating) mainframe computer which had sacrificed by vandals; about the size of a coffee table, and believe me, it almost came with me in the trunk to serve in that regard.
Yes, I'm a nerd.
Anyhow, that's all you get for now. Look for the photos to appear in the gallery this weekend.
PS -- I've been notified that the factory closed suddenly, as I suspected. The reason being a rather nasty chemical spill which has yet to be cleaned up. So, if I begin sprouting auxilliary limbs, know that it was all for you, gentle reader.
