To break up the monotony of non-posting, please enjoy some photographs from Parc Omega.
The park is a 'drive-through wilderness area', if that makes sense. All manner of animals roam about, many of whom have an overwhelming fondness for carrots (which are conveniently sold at the ticket counter).
There aren't very many places you can actually get out of your car, so photographing is a bit tricky. The dangerous animals are kept behind fences meaning that shots need to be taken at extended zoom.
Having said that, deer, boars, and other animals will saunter right up to your car for feeding. As I found out, they have little patience once a carrot is spotted. A rather large "wapiti" saw fit to rear up and stomp the hell out of my driver's side door...

MAN! You are an excellent photographer. My youngest brother is too. I so suck at it. Okay, I can draw and paint, so why can't I take a freakin' picture? Heh.

Steve: Many thanks. You can definitely paint; I can attest to that!
