After a terribly botched clutch install from a shop which I do not recommend, the mighty Nissan 240SX is gone forever by way of a trade-in.

I fear that the pain will be prolonged. A salesman from Nissan bought the car claiming he wanted to, “lower it, get a nice wing, and have some fun with it”… I could only protect you for so long, dear friend!

My sense of loss is greatly curbed by my new acquisition — the 2002 Nissan Pathfinder LE. Surely out of my price range, but someone once said (repeatedly), “sometimes you gotta do that shit”. True, true.

Mostly I did it because I am righteous and wanted to keep the struggling economy afloat. Well, maybe because I’m mildly pretensious. Or maybe it was to show up Trevor? 8-) Either way, its a nice vehicle.

You’ll forgive me once you bask in the glory of it all. Until I get some actual shots of the truck, these will have to do. Mine is black on tan interior, but otherwise the same trim level.
