Gatineau Park Fall Rhapsody
A new gallery of photographs is online from a recent trip to Gatineau Park’s Fall Rhapsody 2004.
I’ve never seen the park so crowded, and it rather impeded photographing some of the areas I wanted to get to. The cloudy weather didn’t help much, either.
Nevertheless, many of the shots turned out quite nicely (some random selections above), especially this panoramic shot from the Champlain Lookout (180 kilobytes).
If you ever get the chance to see Gatineau Park in the fall, you really should. It’s quite literally five minutes from Ottawa’s Parliament, and is probably one of the most spectacular fall scenes you’ll ever encounter.
