Leveraging modern communications tools, organizing and executing a civil protest can be extremely rapid and far-reaching.

…Which got me to thinking — What sort of computer fraud/abuse/axis of evil laws would one be breaking if they used the ’smart mob’ concept to, say, inundate a government email server with mounds of anti-war messages?

I’m not talking about automated mail bombing or conventional denial-of-service style attacks, but rather legitimate, hand-written email from a mass of people. Sent at the same time…
