There's been a lot of panic over a MT-Blacklist 2.x problem that may cause weblogs to be deleted.

Until today I didn't know that Creative Commons offered jurisdictional licenses. The Creative Commons Worldwide page describes the process for creating licences specific to different geographic regions.
