The offer and all amendments have finally been accepted, signed, and delivered. It's all over now but for the crying. What a relief.
Everyone has been hounding me for pictures, but the above are all that I've got until move-in date. You'll have to make due until the housewarming party!

Oh, man... I'm happy for you, but I'm feeling a bit of painful nostalgia right now. Your new home looks a lot like the old home I left behind in Edmonton. Argh.

Belated Congrats:
I am heading to Ottawa to checkout the city as I am thinking of moving from Vancouver. We hope to buy a nice place but there is much to be done first :)
